General Class License

Hi everyone,

Can someone please shed some light on how long it 'normally' takes to receive confirmation from CNO (via email) that your general class license has been processed?

I have waited 15 days, which I was initially advised to wait and still nothing! Not sure if anyone is in the same boat as me... Advice or suggestions would be great!
