HEY!
Is there any Tucson applicants for Spring semester? I already took my HESI applied for the fall and was placed on the waiting list. So here I am once again giving it another shot. Hopefully, this time around I make it...
I've heard that about the disorganization. I had everything done way early, yet I was being asked if I had finished my background check, hesi, etc by several different people. It was extremely frustrating! I think that it's completely unfair that we had to bust our butts to meet the deadline, only to be left in the dark when acceptance emails were supposed to have been dispersed.
I applied last session and was an alternate. So if you are not accepted then you are not accepted, if you are an alternate then, depending on where you are on the list, you will be contacted by phone if a spot becomes open. But you will only be offered what becomes available. I applied to AT Still and was offered a spot at Banner the first time and had to decline, too much of a commute, I was then offered a spot at SHC 4 days before the first day of class, which I turned down. Talk about financial aid stress haha.
Hi everyone!
I applied to the Spring Banner Boswell program, and I still haven't received an email either. My stats are:
Pre-req GPA: 3.1
Science GPA: 3.3
HESI: 92%
Reading this thread makes me a little nervous, because my GPAs aren't the greatest and even though I got a pretty good HESI score, I've heard from basically everyone that the HESI score isn't nearly as important as your GPA. My sister applied to Banner Boswell for the Summer program, however, and she still got in with a 2.99 GPA and several of her classmates got in with 2.9 GPAs as well, so maybe I'm worrying for nothing. I heard that Boswell and St. Joseph's are the two easiest locations to get accepted to.
Anyways, good luck to everyone and I hope we all get in!

I applied to banner too :) I think you will be fine! I also heard that Banner is one of the easiest locations to get accepted to. My science GPA is a 3.4 GPA 3.7 and HESI 76% which is terrible lol! But I think we will all be fine best of luck and post if you hear anything :)

i heard the same thing. You are only eligible for one campus. That is annoying we are all hearing different stuff.
