Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing Spring 2021

Hello everyone,  I’m applied to the Texas Tech Accelerated Nursing program for Spring 2021! I wanted to see if some of you guys wanted to  talk about the program and our chances of getting in. My stats are  Science GPA 3.70, Overall 3.44. I also got a 89.71 on my HESI. Anatomy was 88, Biology was 96 Chemistry was 76 ? math was a 96 grammar 88, reading 92, and vocabulary was 92.  I’m super nervous. Let me know your stats below and how you’re feeling about the application!  Good luck everyone! ?

You both are getting in for sure. Be aware for that interview. Once you are in the program let me know because I can be very helpful. I was in the program and I have some hints and tricks that will help you survive and finish the 16 month program.

Hello everyone! Congrats on getting into the program. You guys are so close to that finish line! I am applying to the program soon and was hoping you all could help me out. I have been stressing about getting in and can’t stop thinking about it. 
Do you all know if they include the GPA for all classes ever taken or just the ones they require? Also, I have quite a bit of Ws on my transcript from before I decided on nursing. None of them are in the classes they require, but I’m still super worried. Any help is greatly appreciated! 
 

my sciences are as follows

A&P 1 + lab: A 

A&P 2 + lab: A (this was a retake my first attempt was a D because of some personal issues I went through) (I’m also very nervous about this)

micro + lab: A

chem + lab: B
