Gateway Banner Nurse Fellows Program

I'm going to be attending the February 2009 information session at Gateway for the Banner Nurse Fellows Program, does anyone have any advice or information that would be helpful? Thanks!

Check the Banner Nurse Fellows thread, it helped me out a bunch when I applied. Lots of good info, going back a number of years. The biggest think to do is read over the mission statement for Banner and relate the goals back to examples from your life. It worked for me, I start at MCC in March. Hope that helps.

Hi,

I was just wondering if you got my pm that I sent you. You've really got to have an individualistic approach to the questions asked. That is somewhat vague and everyone has a different way of conveying what the interview process was like. This may very well explain why the thread that you looked at before went off on "rabbit trails". Good luck!!

I did get your PM, thanks, I guess it's just that anxiety of the "unknown" that I'm trying to remedy by "preparing" as much as I can. Although when it comes down to it, it's in God's hands.
