Fustration with new technology on the floors

We have phones, they have their pros and cons. I like that you know which pt. is calling, that you can have the MD/lab/ RT connected to you directly. So no more playing phone tag or having people try to hunt you down. You can also get in contact with your co-workers quickly. It does get annoying when you're trying to talk to a pt and the thing is ringing but you can always ignore it or explain its purpose to the pt. I think it's a decent system and hopefully it can be improved upon.
