I'm not sure where to post this. My aid came to me while checking vitals with a super low BP for a patient. She tried both arms, etc. I decided to do a manual BP. I could hear sounds all the way down. In other words, the korotkoff sounds never stopped. How do you record this?

That really isn't uncommon but certainly disconcerting the first time you hear it. You record the diastolic when the sound changes. It becomes kind of muffled for lack of a better word. How low was the BP and was the patient symptomatic?
The problem is, it never was muffled. It was the same sound as when the sounds first began. Asymptomatic. He tends to run on the low side.
