They are still accepting students into Star's program?

In April 2014, the Virginia Board of Nursing withdrew their approval for Star College/Star Institute to operate a school of practical nursing. The director of the school refused to show up, respond, or send representation for defense as well. The pass rates for people in their program were extremely low. My recommendation would be to find another school. There are plenty of resources available here: Google
