Today I took the Fundamentals part of the HESI. I scored a 798 and my school requires an 850 to pass. My conversion score was a 75. Over half of the class failed. Are there any pointers for studying for version 2 of the exam? We have to remediate and take it next week. I am usually a B+ average student and the score on this just blew. I think it was because my anxiety level was through the roof and I just could not seem to concentrate!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

There's another thread that is based on the fundamentals HESI that I posted, and that someone else posted. Only thing I can suggest is take the Evolve case studies, the fundamentals ones, over and over. Write on a scrap piece of paper the Nursing Process and determine where in the process the question is asking.
