Hi! I suppose I am half looking to ask questions about it, half looking to rant. At the end of this semester, my cohort is taking the fundamentals HESI. If we do not pass with an 850 the first time, we take a remediation course that goes into the summer. Almost an entire year ago, I saved up enough money with my boyfriend to go abroad for a month into the summer. We bought the plane tickets for right after finals (not knowing about the HESI yet) and booked a ton of other stuff in that country.
Obviously you see the problem. If I don't pass the HESI, I lose a ton of money and don't get to go on this trip that I've been dreaming about for a lifetime. Not to mention, the remediation course isn't cheap either. As you can imagine, this is causing a great deal of stress. I don't even feel like I'm going on the trip anymore, I seem to have convinced myself that I will fail it. I have sauders and have already begun to read the material. Planning on starting practice questions about a month or so in advance to the HESI (since I don't wanna run out of practice questions a long time before the test) Any other tips for not only studying for the fundi hesi but coping with the stress of it? Thanks!
