Fundamentals Cheat Sheets/Reference Must Haves

I am sure this has been asked before but I am looking for some great sites or must have quick reference books ect. for nursing fundamentals. I have been studying and studying but I still feel kinda lost. I need some kind of summary of skills and must know basics. I have been scouring the internet for weeks and I really can't seem to find anything good. Most sites are all A & P and such. I have already taken all of my other courses and only need nursing fundamental stuff. Does anyone have any notes or anything or at least point me in the right direction. I need everything. I would so appreciate it.
