Full time during week, plus every other weekend

I'm interviewing for a job in LTC where they work 12s (7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM). It is explained as "also working every other weekend" as well. Coming from being a weekend warrior doing 16s or 3-12hr shifts, I'm not accustomed to this. Is Friday considered weekend, or would I do another day during the workweek plus Saturday and Sunday? Or does it mean I'm doing OT on the plus weekend weeks? Just not sure how it works out. Thanks!
