Ok here is the skinny, i am just 3 days from getting out of stna training. I have a job lined up applied, interviewed, and hired in the same day! Ok the thing to do is to become an RN, if i choose not to be an RN, what other possibilities do I have to make the money that an RN does. I know that if i choose something else or go the RN path I will have to go back to school to do so. Basically what I want to know is what options do I have now as an STNA to make the most of my money and further my career at the same time. Info on this would be greatly appreciated!!:)

Go to your local community college and pick up a course schedule or simply look up a local college's course schedule on their website. Take a look at programs in the Allied Health field. Then make your way to www.salary.com and check out what a degree holder for each program makes in your area. Now you have a very simple, general idea. If you want more, try the local public university closest to you and perform the same process over again. If you crave more individual advice simply make your way to your nearest college counselor and make an appointment (if necessary) to ask a lot of questions. Write them down before you go and don't forget the list. :)
