Frustrations of a new grad

It sucks when some nurses has no respect and no patience to train new grads.. They act like they werent in this position before. And they assigned me to a nurse that keeps on trying to pass me to somebody else... Its as if im a burden to her.. Smh... #frustrationsofanewnurse

Speak up from day one. Tell them that you want to do the best job, and provide the highest level of care possible. I am always amazed at how trying to make the facility/bosses look good goes a long way in getting what you need. It also lets them know that you are professional.
