Any midwives out there who did the online program from Frontier School of Midwifery? Have you found it more difficult to get a job after doing an online program? Was it difficult to find a preceptor in your area? Any other words of wisdom for me?

The only thing 'online' about it are the didactic classes. You still have to precept with real people over a 6-12 month period where you get real world experience. Frontier is a very highly respected program. If you live in a small community, you may have to travel or relocate temporarily to find a preceptor, but if you live near a large community, you shouldn't have any difficulty.
