Hello - I am currently in another PMHNP program and am not happy with it. I have heard people say great things about Frontier. Can anyone give me more info about what you like if you have started? I went to a direct entry program and have taken 15 MSN level units. I do not plan to work bedside RN since I am already a licensed mental health professional and have been working for years. Frontier says that 1 year experience may be substituted if someone has extensive experience outside of RN healthcare, which I imagine I may qualify under. However, my current program will conclude by January 2024. I am not sure if it makes sense to switch now and add more time. The only only way it would make sense is if Frontier accepted a lot of my transfer credit. Also, is there anyway to speed up the program if you do have transfer units? Like combining the difference sequences of the program?
