That is actually what I am working on finding out. I sent them a description of a course offered here at the community college, but they told me they needed to see a syllabus to determine weather they would give me credit for it or not. That is also how I found out how much it would cost to take 1 3 credit course. I would suggest you get a syllabus from a stats class at a local school and send it to them- they will let you know if it counts or not. I had a stats course in undergrad but, alas, by the time I get to applying and attending Frontier (if that is where I go) it will have been over 10 years and will not count
Lucky you! I wonder if they will consider your health assessment collectively- if not, I imagine you will have to take it. Let me know what they say when you hear. Oh, I just sent a copy of the Stats class syllabus to see if they will accept it from a local tech school. Also, I looked too quickly at the total for taking a 3 credit hour class at Frontier- The email actually says $1960 after all the tech is purchased!!! So expensive and you can't use financial aid because you are not even matriculated at half time Sooooo hoping they will accept the local class!
Are you considering any other schools?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to apply for Class 128 (Frontier Bound in August). I was just double checking my transcripts and realized that my undergrad physical assessment class was only 1 credit. My school pretty much split the physical assessment class through 3 semesters so that freshman students could take a"real" nursing class with their humanity type classes. It was a good idea to help you get your feet wet in nursing, but problematic as far asgetting into grad school
Has anyone taken the physical assessment class offered by Frontier? I'm confused because the website says you have to have the prerequisites finished before applying, but also that you can take the class there.
Any insight would be helpful
