Frontier Nursing University

Hello,

  I'm looking to apply to Frontier Nursing University for their Psych NP Program? Can anyone provide guidance on their admission process, primarily the essay portion? What's the essay like? What's the topics? Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi!,

I was just accepted into Frontier NP Program, but it is for Women's Health NP.

Hopefully this helps to answer in regards to the application process. My prompt was to answer how I would contribute to FNU's mission (in my specialty) as an advanced practice nurse. After that application process was pretty straightforward, I provided a copy of my résumé, transcript request form, and a copy of my RN license number.

Hello! Do you remember how long it took to hear anything back after u submitted your application? I submitted mine yesterday and haven't received anything. (I could totally be overthinking it!!) I thought I'd recieve an auto-reply confirmation that my application was received or a receipt of application fee payment or something like that. I hope this question made sense. And before I sound like a crazy impatient lady calling them, I'm asking you. Thanks!!

Hi! I applied on 4/11/2023 and received my acceptance letter on 5/16/2023. I also did not get confirmation after I applied so I called to confirm receipt of my application.

Hi, 

I am thinking about applying to Frontier for the psychiatric NP Program. So far how is everyone's journey? I am having a hard time choosing what school to attend after reading goos and bad reviews about Chamberlin. I am living in TN so I am also checking with the TN BON to make sure it is program is accepted here in TN. I am working full time and looking for a program that is doable with work and life etc being that online is new to me since my BSN was mostly classroom with some hybrid online diacussions.

Hi! Did you get clarification from the board? I am in TN as well and researching options and Frontier is at the top. According to the TN BON website they fully accept Frontier Nursing but it doesn't clarify what portions of masters it accepts.
