I'm currently a nursing student in usa and was wondering how to get a job in Poland as a nurse. Any tips?

Are you fluent in Polish/medical Polish? Will you have a BSN? Do you have Polish citizenship, an EU passport or a Polish work visa? Many EU countries require 1-2 years paid nursing experience. All EU countries are obligated to hire citizens then EU citizens before considering any other applicant.
It's my understanding that the pay is relatively low and the culture very different than in the US. You must be fluent in medical Polish (not just conversational Polish) to work in healthcare.
I can study the Polish I need. I need help finding a sponsor or whatever. Was wondering if it was possible. I'll get a visa when I find a sponsor. I'm going to be an RN when I'm done with school. I'm not worried about the pay.
You need to prove competency & fluency in medical Polish as there are several different letters (just like the Russian alphabet differs) than in English.
If you are not a Polish citizen or permanent resident nor a citizen of another EU country you are going to have an extremely difficult time proving why you, an inexperienced new grad, non EU educated, non-citizen, and non-Polish speaker should be issued a work permit.
Why Poland? Do you have family there? There is a website for the agency that oversees Polish nursing professionals but it is in Polish only no English option.
When done you will be a US RN. Will you have a BSN as that is the general standard overseas for entry to practice. I cannot tell you for certain as my Polish reading skills are not that great. I'm not sure if my family could translate as it's clearly more than a conversational level of Polish.
I didn't kno BSN was the requirement. Thanks for telling me. That will give me enough time to study my Polish. I have Polish friends and am part Polish and thought it would be a good idea to go there. Could you give me a link to the site, please? Thank you! :)
