Specialties Hospice

After 1 year in the hospital setting, I am returning to Hospice to devote time to education (ADN to MSN). Does anyone have any advice regarding hospice experiences? All input will be highly regarded.
I had a bad experience at my first hospice organization, and I am fearful leaving the hospital setting. However, the conditions in my south Atlanta hospital are becoming unbearable...8-9 patients per nurse, one assistant if your lucky..and they hire new employees before moving those with seniority into day shift positions. I am apprehensive to change, but look forward to a new opportunity.
