From Call center back to Nursing (tips on how to prepare for the CBT)

Hi everyone! I'm quite new here so please bear with me

I would just like to have everyones opinion on what to do since I've been out of the nursing limelight for a few years now and was hired by an employer in the UK. I'm really glad that they have this "no discrimination policy" and accepted my clinical experience way back 2 years ago. I recently got my IELTS result and fortunately got the required score to be able to qualify for the CBT. I am due to take the test on the 3rd week of September. Any tips on how to prepare for the test? It would be a great help since i'm kinda rusty.
