Hello all.

As you see from the title of this topic, I have moved around quite a bit during my 5 years of nursing. I am currently working for the only County Pediatric inpatient psych unit in my area. Thankfully, I work at a Level 1/Top trauma facility in the country, so the prestige might help me get in the door (I hope). Now I'm interested in doing Pediatrics/MS, I miss doing IVs and such. I keep up with my medsurg skills, so I am up for the challenge to transfer my skills to Peds.

How should I go about this?
