I recently applied to FCC's nursing program but I'm just confused on the selection process. I see/hear a lot of conflicting information about how they actually go about it. even the website kind of confused me. do they do 100% lottery system or points based & lottery? if anyone knows it would really help me out. I took my TEAS really late (Jan 11) so im kinda only left with community colleges this cycle.

If you guys get accepted to multiple schools (cos, fcc, lemoore etc) how will you know which to choose?

Only you will know what is best for you; however, If I got accepted to multiple schools would weigh in these factors:

How will the commute be? Clinical Opportunities, Program Reputation, Cost (does one school offer some additional support?), Program Length, NCLEX passing rates, etc.

I  received notification of acceptance for FCC, however will be declining since I've already started classes elsewhere for a nursing program. Best of luck everyone!

I got in to Fall 2025 for FCC and COS but will be declining COS.

FCC will be closer to me than COS. I think both programs are good.
