I guess it’s a good sign 70 something percent are pending and 22% or unselected.

But its only a fraction of the total applicants. 1100 applicants and less than 100 between here and the facebook post.

Yes but maybe our little sample can be somewhat representative of the whole pool of applicants.

Does anyone see "Lottery not conducted yet." back up on the page?

Yes it’s back up.

Yeah although it’s a good sign, it also makes me feel that they are moving way too slow with updating the statuses.

I'm sure a lot of people that have gotten unselected won't come back to take the poll so we'll just have to see how many DO respond. If we just consider the math, it should be close to 80% unselected and 20% pending

It’s back up on my page too, still reads unselected. Was hoping maybe there was a glitch and they needed to redo the lotto.

You’re right. Less than 30 people have responded so it’s a very small fraction of the actual applicants.

Yeah. Maybe more people will update tonight once they check back.

Right now the results are opposite to what they SHOULD be. I mean if we do 220/1100 you get a 20% chance of being selected and an 80% chance of being unselected.

You’re right.
I remember reading somewhere that last year they had somewhere around 1,200 applicants? But they said this year was record breaking with 1,100? So either last year was less than stated, or they did something different this year, because it’s taking a lot longer to have results posted.

Did a counselor share that it was 1200? I wonder why they would’ve said record breaking if this year was less
