French student looking for internship in nyc, please helppppp meee

I am French student in nursing, I finished my studies in 2012. As part of my studies, our school offers us the opportunity to intern for nurses abroad. I'm looking for an internship of 10 weeks in a hospital or clinic or in a home care service, I remain open to any proposal of new york (manathan or brooklyn ...) I'm looking for kind souls in New York could give me a boost in my research. May be hard to find something like this in the US as insurance and a visa allowing you to do this may be difficult to obtain
