So the test started pretty good. I felt comfortable with questions and were reading very carefully. I got all sorts of questions. Some were easy some were very hard. There were a lot, a lot of questions where I had no clue. I went to board of nursing and it only shows my test date but no results. The personvue says that "results are not available"? I am freaking out because I feel like a fail. I had 80 something questions, I did not look at the count.

Results are not available until 48 hours have passed. Take a deep breath, and go do something for you. Read a book, watch a movie, work on a hobby you haven't had much time for. The vast majority of US educated nurses pass NCLEX on the first try.
