Respiratory Help please!

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to study Respiratory. I have mastered the ABG's so I am good on those, just the rest of it I am messing up really bad. The thing is, I thought I had it but unfortunately my test score showed otherwise. Our instructor split our test up because she told us that is a grade breaking test, so the first part was yesterday on upper respiratory problems. Our next test is this coming thursday on Lower respiratory problems.

Anyhow whatever I am doing is not working so if anyone has any great websites I would greatly appreciate if you would post them. Also if you have any suggestions on how you prepared for test I would love to hear those as well.
