Gordon's Functional Health Patterns

Hello to all. This is my first time posting. I have searching the web for the proper questions to use, by using Gordon's, to ask patients during my first assessment. I would like to find somewhere where they list the 11 patterns so that I can copy them to put in my notebook. Any one have a site?:banghead:
