Fortis College Nursing Program, Indianapolis,IN

I haven't came across any current or former Fortis College nursing program students. Fortis College in Indianapolis is now ACEN accredited. I (and maybe as well as others) would like to know how is the school, were the teachers helpful, and were there any problems landing a job after graduating? Have anyone tried transferring Fortis credits and where did you transfer them to?

The collapse of both MedTech and ITT Tech have caused MANY of the major and minor healthcare employers in Indianapolis to shy away from hiring nurses from the for-profit schools.

Please think twice before making this decision. As Fortis does NOT hold regional accreditation- you will not be able to transfer those credits to another accredited school.

Lots of red flags here. Lots of other, safer, better options.
