Forsyth Tech ADN Fall 2015

Published

Hello....I am posting to see how many points others have that applied to FTCC ADN fall 2015. I know this is a very competitive program and just wanted to get an idea where I stand. So, If you have applied for Fall 2015 ADN program feel free to comment.

If given the choice, would you choose FTCC or DCCC?

I honestly don't know. I am friends with 2 nurses that graduated from DCCC and they swear it's better than FTCC. I can't tell you one way or another. Both seem to be good.

Hopefully the mail come end of this week or next week. Last intake (spring 2015), the mail came 2 weeks after deadlines.

farizah, any word from FTCC?

Hi,nothing from FTCC yet. I hope the mail will come this week.It should be this week because I would think the acceptance seat will be on March 26th.The date on acceptance seat for GTCC is on March 23rd and I hope the mail from Forsyth Tech come sooner than that. I will post as soon as get the news from Forsyth.

Any news from Forsyth Tech yet? Please let me know if you have one. I try to call them but no straight answer.

Hi, I contact the admission nursing office, she told me they already sent the letter out first week of March for ADN and LPN. Its hard to believe I did not get the mail yet, maybe alternate list, who knows. If anyone here got the letter, please response.

I'm still impatiently waiting for letter from Forsyth Tech. If letters went out the first week of March, I guess I didn't get in because I haven't received any mail. I hope someone was giving out incorrect information if not it's not looking good for me.

Hi, Rachel. I call nursing admission just now, she told me they sent the letters out first week of March. In fact I call her twice. I don't understand either, I thought with 171 points , I should have no problem getting to nursing in Forsyth.I hope she gave me wrong information. Maybe they sent the denial letters out first. What is your points in Forsyth? Have you apply to GTCC also?

Hello Farizah, I suspect the individual you spoke with at FTCC misinformed you. Those that applied to the program are supposed to receive a letter no matter whether they're accepted, denied, or selected as an alternate. I, too, applied with high ranking points, 178 to be exact, and feel confident in saying that we're both very strong candidates. If you've not heard anything, and I've not heard anything, I think there's a high probability that letters haven't been sent out yet.

Hi rachelfutureRN, I honestly don't think letters have been sent out yet.

Thank you so much, I feel a lot better after see all this comments. I got really upset just now after she informed me about the letter.
