Forgot to drop Spanish class, effect MSN admin??!

Hi,

I'm freaking out. I enrolled in a Spanish class this summer so their system would let me enroll for A&P II in the Fall 2013. I forgot to drop the Spanish class (my mom's cancer came bk 2 months ago & I've been in MI. I live in OH.)

I've been conditionally admitted to an MSN program. I just have to take Chemistry and A&P II and I start in August.

I'm trying to get the professor to give me a W instead of an F.

Do you think this'll effect my acceptance?? I cannot believe I was so careless.

    babyrowe, hope your mom gets well soon. I don't think your acceptance would be withdrawn because of it.

    Some schools have some sort of "hardship withdrawal" in addition to a standard withdrawal. Check the school's website or check with admissions. Where I teach, the instructor has the discretion to give the HW. Good luck.
