forgot the date of the NCLEX exam..help

hi I would like to ask if how could I verify the date when I took my NCLEX exam...the NCLEX pass letter notification does not contain the date of the exam and it is needed in the vermont application form.. I just wanted to make it sure before I filled-up this form..thanks

I got an email from Pearsonvue...confirming my test date. Did you? go back and check those. good luck

sad to say i already deleted the file...would it be best if i send an email to them

can you log into your account with them? When I get on my account online, it shows my test date. Go to their site and find out how to contact them if you can't access your account. good luck
