Foreign nurse wants to get MSN degree

Hi I'm from the philippines. I just passed my California NCLEX in Sacramento last February. I was wondering if I can enroll in an MSN program in Sacramento if I graduated in 2009 here in the philippines?

The short answer is "yes", with a big BUT what are your goals for graduate study, how do you plan to pay for the cost of graduate study, and where do you plan to work after obtaining your graduate degree?
