I am a current ISU LPN to BSN student. One of the requirements for this program is that you have two semesters (6 credit hours) of foreign language. I can take Spanish, Latin, or even Sign Language.
Does anyone have a suggestion for where I can take one of these courses online that is not too difficult? I also have the option of taking a Clep test to test out but having no background I think it would be difficult to do.

The University of Iowa offers four semesters of Latin from beginning level on up. They also offers Spanish classes, but it's review of first and second years and third and fourth semester level. They also offer German.
http://www.continuetolearn.uiowa.edu/ccp/ is the webpage. It's printed material and you can submit your assignments online or by email. You take your tests with a local proctor.
I'm in Spanish right now. It's definitely work, but it's not terribly difficult.
