Foreign grad.just got BVNPT(LVN)eligibility...

Hi guys after 2 1/2 mos.of waiting finally I got my eligibility..and also they didn't send me the Declaration of Nursing Program.,maybe it also depends on our evaluator or maybe because they didnt know that I was denied by CABON because I didn't ask them to transfer my documents.

You're welcome.Be ready with your transcript,high school and college diploma,live scan,of course application form with 2x2 pic with signature at the back,$150 fee,record of conviction form and record of nursing program form.Good luck and God bless:)

Just like most of our kabayans i was also denied by CA BON and planning to apply at CA BVNPT: Kabayan if you did not ask your evaluator at CA BON to transfer your credentials to BVN what requirements did you submit to BVN? Do they need also our clinical cases, RLE's, etc. Can you pls. enlighten me about this kabayan. Thank you very much.

hi kabayan sorry for the late respone,but I guess you got all the answers to our other kababayan dragonlady...;)just want to add something,also ask your school to submitt your 54 hours of pharmacology..its adetailed description of your pharmacology class..;)

yes,only Record of nursing program is what you need to submitt it will come directly from your school.

Hi kabayan!I am getting all my requiremnts to take LVN exam ready. About the Diploma high school and college, do they need the certified true copy of both? Or a xerox copy would do? Will Appreciate all your replies. Thanks!
