Foreign grad from India need assistance in endorsement to Ohio

Hi I am a foreign grad from India currently residing in USA from 2011 and holding an active license in Illinois board. My family is going to move to Ohio. When I check the Ohio board website for endorsement it says foreign grad need to submit TOEFL score. Is any one out there who recently endorsed their license to Ohio who is a foreign grad. Do you submit TOEFL score? My medium of study was in English so do they waive the option? Need advice please help!

I didn't submitted my application.first I will clear the exam ..Then planning to submit before that I would like to go in person and enquire about the requirements from the board
