How many questions are going to be like this?! Because I have been practicing on ATI and it seems that those partial correct questions are considered wrong, and my practice scores have been ***

I'm so sorry you are struggling with this. When I took the LPN test it was an all day test, not until I took the NYCLEX for RN was it computerized.
For each question imagine yourself in that situation. Read each answer remembering you are in this situation now. Remember you are a LPN working under a RN. After reading all the answers pick the one that covers everything for that situation. Remember your training. Don't panic. If you need to , take a preparation class before taking the test. Check on line or where you went to school to see if you can find a class. I wish you best wishes in your test taking.

Has the practice test you have been working on been updated to reflect the new NCLEX scoring system? If not your practice test scoring might not be accurate. The way it used to work with the SATA type questions if you missed one answer you missed the entire question. That is no longer the case. The way it works now is each answer choice of the question is 1 point. For every correct answer you gain 1 point, for every incorrect answer you lose 1 point. The total possible points depends on how many answers are provided. You can't get negative points for a question so if you choose more incorrect than correct answers the worst you can do on an individual question is 0 points.
Those practice tests are useful, however they are not a foolproof indicator of how you will do on the actual NCLEX exam. Passing the practice exams is no guarantee you will pass the NCLEX just like performing below passing standard on the practice test is no guarantee you will fail the NCLEX.
