This is a spinoff from the thread about the hospital breaking the contract because of "clinical concerns".
What do you do if something like this happens to you and you are seeking new emplyoment - traveling or non-traveling? What do you tell the prospective employer about why you were let go? Also, how can you get a good reference if this happens to you?
This is terrible. My hospital let a traveler go on Monday for "clinical concerns,". which a lot of people were saying was just an excuse. I am a new traveler and I didn't know that this happens! I am scared of being next.......

Just don't list the job at all on your resume. Your recruiter/agency need to be involved in any dispute as serious as this. They might actually defend you and find you other work, if this facility has been known to do this, or they'll drop you like a hot potato. I'd look for another agency, however, if they knowingly send nurses to facilities that treat nurses so poorly. You should always be currently signed with more than one agency; this is one reason why. Always CYA.
