Thanks snookiepie! That is very encouraging. I've just recently started to get my apps together for school and am a bit nervous about my 3.1 undergrad gpa. The rest of my "package" looks pretty good..ie-ACLS, 4 years CICU, PALS, soon to be CCRN, BLS instructor, taking a grad course...but sometimes I get a little discouraged/nervous that its still not going to hack it because my undergrad gpa is subpar. So thanks for this post!
Anyways congrats on getting in!!
What school did you get accepted to?

I am the example of a truly blessed student who was accepted into a CRNA program. Don't give up hope to those who may have a lower GPA. I got in with a 3.0, made up for that with a score in the 90th percentile on my MAT. As a teenager, I met my first CRNA in a nurse shadowing program through my high school. The moment I set foot in the OR and saw what the CRNA did, I knew without a doubt that was what I was meant to be. It has been a long road, and the journey has just begun (I am 31 yrs old now). I am so grateful to have been accepted and wanted to share with those who may not have that 4.0, to not give up. If you know that God made you to be a CRNA, He will see you through. Have faith and you will get in, in Jesus name!!! I mean that with all my heart. My best to all.
