Follow Up HR

Since my shadowing experience a week ago, the manager mentioned endorsing me to HR and to wait for their call. However, I have not received any communication. Should I contact HR and follow up?

Have you actually applied for a job? I am assuming you have since you said you shadowed. If you have applied for a job then reaching out to HR for an application status at this point would make sense. I'm not sure on what "endorsing" you to HR means though - seems the manager would want to either extend an offer or not.
