i'm belgian and in june, i'll be at the end of my study nursing.
I 've a master thesis to present at the end of june.
My subject is "focus charting at the moment of the admission of a new patient in a nursing home".
So, it's not really the traditional focus but well special focus with 5 items (disease, treatment, lived, environment of the patient, development).
In french, we call this "Maladie, Traitement,Vécu,Environnement, Développement" (MTVED) and this 5 items are called "macro cible " ("macro focus" maybe in english???).
I'm looking for more informations about this subject but, in french, only 1 book is translated, and, on the web, I find only informations about traditional focus charting.
