fly in, fly out

Hi everyone. I was wondering if there are any travel programs where you fly in, do your 3 or 4-day stretch, fly home for the "weekend" then do it all over again a few days later. I have read several threads where you are away from home for extended periods of time. I'm currently a medical device sales rep and am away from home 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month, darn near 52 weeks a year. AND IT SUCKS! But if I get into travel nursing and can fly in, fly out, repeat, I don't think it'd be so bad. Does this type of thing even exist?

Best,

hbgwan

I know that you can do this with any travel job by working with the scheduling person but why do this? You will lose a lot of your per diems.
