Florida Travel nursing

Published

Hi everyone!

I have been a registered nurse for 2 1/2 years on a pulmonary unit in a hospital setting. I am looking into travel nursing, but am feeling a little over whelmed by the process due to there being so many agencies to pick from. I just recently got my florida nursing license and am hoping to do my travel nursing experience in Naples, Florida this January. I was hoping to get some advice from other fellow nurses who have done a contract in florida. I have been communicating with a recruiter through Qshift. I was hoping to hear what are the best agencies to go with and good questions I should be asking so I don't get taken advantage when it comes to the pay. I really appreciate any information that anyone can give me:)

Do a bit of googling on Naples hospitals. Fairly sure some of them have seasonal programs so you may be able to skip the agency. Seasonal usually pays better but with higher taxes.
