I have failed boards twice, and am going to resit in Jan or at the latest Feb... But my question is this: Anyone testing OUT OF STATE because of
A. EXPENSE (FL board is 120.00 for resitting, and for example, GA is $40.00). This is board fees only. Of course we would still have to go through Pearson... One of my friends has sat twice also and she is going through GA next time...
B. Limit on amount of testing times... I know you can sit 3 times in FL without remediation, but then you have to take a class, WHICH by the way is $1500.00. I checked into it to see if it was feasible to take the class early, to better prepare, but NOTHING is feasible about that price. I believe FL and only 1 or 2 other states charge that fee.
C. Testing out. IS THERE A FINAL NUMBER on how many times you can sit in FL? Even with taking the remediation class? Or can you keep going?
Can you tell me if other states let you take it more than 3 times without remediation, and how long you have to wait in between?
THANKS A LOT in advance... Merry Christmas!

In GA if you fail you have to wait 90 days before you can test again. So I am taking my test in MS because it is every 45 days. That is the only reason why I decided to change states.
