I recently passed my nclex two weeks ago...I have since then "hit the ground running" when it comes to applying to jobs..all I keep hearing and seeing is of how difficult it is to find a hospital job in Miami. :( specially since its the end if the year... I have been looking into home health...but I am worried that it will not count as experience if I ever want to move out o home health and into my niche of L&D. Any comments?

How was your nclex experience? I'm taking mine on the 17th and I'm so nervous. .I still don't feel prepared. .

I think that everyone's nclex experience is unique. I prepared myself with Kaplan, and i did everything that course instructed me to do. My scores in my practice tests were where they needed to be and higher. But I can honestly say it all comes down to how confident you are in your self. It's ok to be a little nervous, but try not to let the anxiety cloud your mind or your clinical judgement. During my exam, I started to really worry in my performance after I hit question 75...that's when u start to think "omg am I failing this?!" Just remember that as long as the exam gives you questions that means that it is still trying to figure out if you fall above the passing level. All the best of luck to you and your exam!
