florida Nclex- how to get an fd258 form?

I need help in livescan fingerprinting requirement in florida. Do I have to buy the fd258form online like in amazon then let the NBI here in the philippines to complete it,then when it's done I will send it to the livescan service provider in florida to transform it into a livescan? My cgfns CES is soon to expire this may 2014.There online trends that I've read, saying they're not accepting fingerprint cards anymore.i hope someone could help me . Thank you in advance.

Hello blueli8shine!

Do you have your application submitted to the Florida BON? If yes, then you can start to process your fingerprint live scan. I am overseas applicant as well and what I did was I called the BON florida and asked for an assistance about the process being overseas and they provided me 2 cards for free and they asked my mailing address and it took like 25 days until I received the cards, once you receive the cards you can go to the NBI near by you to fill it up and secure it in an envelop and send it to the proper company who would will convert your cards to livescan.

you don't need to ask for cards to the BON FL because IdealID can provide you the cards once you pay their fee. :) Oh and btw this is the cheapest among the 4 company that the BON florida provided me.
