float pool information needed

I am looking for information about float pools at different hospitals. We are trying to develop a new float pool to help with our staffing issues. We are seeking input as to what makes an attractive float pool package. If you are currently employed in your hospital's float pool or know of your hospital's policy and benefits please respond asap.
