Flight Paramedic/Soon New Grad Help

This is my first post but I have watched these boards for quite a while, but haven't seen a closely related post to my question. I am set to graduate a RN program at the end of the year, and like any true adrenaline junkie that has worked EMS, I would like to work in the ED.

I have worked as a Flight Paramedic in a very progressive program for 2 years, and have 7 years total paramedic experience, with a good portion of it in Las Vegas (a very busy 911 system). I have all the fluff certs like CCEMT-P, NRP, PHTLS... all of that. My flight program has very high clinical standards and allows the paramedic to use some potent medications and hang pressors and ICU drips regularly. I have actually moved into a preceptor role where I partner with new Flight RN's (scary, I know). I was hoping someone had advice on how to land in the ED, or what my chances might be?

I understand the stigma of New Grad's and have seen some examples of our profession that none of us are proud of (both from paramedics and RN's). I know I have a ton to learn, but believe my prior life has given me a good head start. I was offered a fixed wing flight RN position upon my graduation with a NON-CAMTS accredited program that I may use to build resume, but that will stick out like a sore thumb. I have taken CEN practice exams and really do not have too much anxiety about that test... was thinking it might be a decent place to start. Any suggestions?
