Hi,

I am a veteran (code-older) RN w/ 24 yrs exp and love to

mentor/precept new nurses.

Soom I'll be doing it as part of my new job as

M/S Clinical Educator.

I'm hoping you can help me to help others like you-

what do you need/want from others in

way of support?

What aspects are most difficult for you?

Any words of advice will be appreciated.
