First timer travel nurse

Hello, I am embarking on travel nursing for the first time. I have stayed at the current hospital I have been working at for 9 years, since the start of my nursing career. I have been in NICU for 5 years and pediatrics for the 4 years. My passion is in NICU. I am a bit nervous about traveling, but I want to embark on this new journey in my career to experience how other states/ hospitals function. Any words of advice?

Why not read some threads here? You will learn a lot, and then we can answer any specific question you didn't read about. Your question is far too open ended to say anything. There are some traveler specific content sites if you want more structured information than a forum such as PanTravelers. Numerous books about travel nursing on Amazon too.
