First peds exam (WISH ME LUCK)

Published

omg, today is my first exam for pediatrics. I'm so nervous!!

I studied my hind parts off, but at the moment my mind has gone completly blank, has this ever happened to anyone??

I think I need to go do some deep breathing exercises...(lol, doubt thats going to help)

what helps you(i.e coping skills) when you have and exam or when you are nervous??? does it help??

WISH ME LUCK.....

sorry, I needed to vent...

The best help is knowing you have studied, you are prepared and the best you can do is all you can do. Also, remember that what you fail in now only opens the door to improvement for the futher. I wish you all the luck in the world and feel that you will do fine. So take a few deep breathe and do the best you can on your test. That is all we can ask of anyone. Good Luck!

Well, it's a little late, but good luck! Let us know how you did!

For future tests, this is what helped me stay calm....once I started feeling like I'd studied all I could, I'd stop. I always thought that there was a point where you could study too much, and if I studied anymore beyond that point it would just freak me out. I would just have a cocktail and go to bed! I always scored decent on my tests (lowest final grade in any of my classes was an 86%) and my classmates always claimed it was because of my "nightly rum and coke."
